- 2-year college degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work or related field or combination of education and job or personal experience equivalent to a 2-year college degree
- At least one-year experience working with people engaged in the Criminal Justice System
- Commitment to working with diverse communities, underserved populations and staff within the program
- Working understanding of harm reduction principles and practice
- Strong knowledge of substance use disorder and behavioral health
- Strong interpersonal skills, including experience in dealing professionally with challenging participants
- Ability to work as part of a team in a non-traditional setting and communicate with others in a direct, clear and professional manner
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation
- Supports the mission and goals of the agency
- Must not have been convicted of a felony or served a sentence in a Jail or House of Correction
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Must successfully pass a background check
