Visitation Guidelines/Victim Services

Scheduling Visits

The scheduling of visits will be on a first come, first served basis. Visits will be scheduled over the phone during the allotted scheduling periods listed below. A visitor may not schedule a visit more than a week in advance and only one visit may be scheduled at a time.

To schedule a visit, visitor must call 413-584-5911 and ask to speak with a Visiting Team member who will schedule the appointment.

Visiting scheduling periods (times when a visitor may call and request a visit based on time and availability):

Friday    3:45 pm - 6:15 pm

Sunday  3:45 pm - 6:15 pm

Please note:  A visitor must be on an inmate's approved visiting list to schedule a visit

Visiting Hours: General Housing & Modular Unit (Sentenced)

  • Monday
    1:10 pm - 2:10 pm and 2:35 pm - 3:35 pm
  • Tuesday
    6:30 pm - 7:30 pm and 7:35 pm - 8:35 pm
  • Saturday
    6:30 pm - 7:30 pm and 7:35 pm - 8:35 pm

Visiting Hours: Pre-Trial (Unsentenced)

  • Monday
    6:30 pm - 7:30 pm and 7:35 pm - 8:35 pm
  • Tuesday
    1:10 pm - 2:10 pm and 2:35 pm - 3:35 pm
